Liz has been a blessing in our family's life.  She took my 14 year old son under her wing and used the Riggs Institute for Learning to help him with handwriting as well as spelling.   

Liz worked with Jonathan once a week over the course of two months back in 2021.After only a few weeks meeting weekly, he improved dramatically and even became confident in reading out loud.  Liz had a tough-love energy that encouraged my son to try and work toward success.   He went from failing his English classes in 7th and 8th grade, to getting A's throughout high school. I will always be grateful for Liz's help in rekindling my son's love for learning. 

She taught me a math exercise with a deck of cards that I was able to use to help sharpen my son's addition, subtraction, and multiplication skills.  That simple exercise was more help in memorization than what years of public school methods had done for him.
